Fanony & Marshall’s Military Wedding at Hanscom Air Force Base! | Boston Wedding Photographer

Here are some highlights from Fanony and Marshall’s military wedding at Hanscom Air Force Base!ย  Fanony, her Mom, her mother-in-law to be ๐Ÿ™‚ and her bridesmaids all got ready at Hotel Elements in Lexington.

I had a hard time choosing which photos of Fanony to include in her highlights – she’s a true beauty and looked absolutely gorgeous on her big day!

Fanony’s Mom, who traveled all the way from Peru for her daughter’s wedding, brought special earrings from home for the occasion ๐Ÿ™‚

Meet Fanony’s other half: Marshall.ย  A genuinely nice guy…here he’s getting his boutonniere pinned.

Just moments before the ceremony….he seemed more happy and excited than nervous ๐Ÿ™‚

The first look….

The newlyweds!!

All their guests greeted them with a send-off of bubbles….

Marshall wanted to include these airplane statues as a nod to the Air Force and his military career.ย  I think they look pretty cool ๐Ÿ™‚

A little bit of alone time away from everyone… (with me tagging along discreetly, of course!)

Just a couple formals from the chapel, before heading to the reception:

Marshall & Fanony are officially introduced as “Mr. & Mrs.” ๐Ÿ™‚

Enjoying their first dance.ย  Fanony is a beautiful dancer and to my surprise, Marshall did a great job keeping up with her!

Time for some cake….

….And of course, time for more dancing!!ย  Fanony and Marshall did a choreographed number that included salsa and bachata…as an avid salsa and bachata dancer myself, I was tempted to put the camera away and join everyone on the dance floor ๐Ÿ˜‰

A beautiful sunset to close a beautiful day and an even more beautiful wedding:

Fanony & Marshall, it was wonderful to be a part of your lovely wedding….congrats again to you both!!!

Cynthia & Benito’s Kick-A$%! Dance-Off Wedding :) | Boston Wedding Photographer

I had such a blast from start to finish shooting Cynthia and Benito’s wedding.ย  They are just one of those amazing couples whose energy, love and joy is contagious.ย  Just being around them all day, seeing how madly in love they are, how real they are and how much their friends and family love them was inspiring.ย  And did I mention those two can dance?ย  I mean, REALLY DANCE.ย  I had a hard time choosing highlight photos because there were so many great ones, but here’s a little sneak peek from their wedding ๐Ÿ™‚

The glowing bride-to-be, getting ready…

Cynthia was so stunning, and I think her inner beauty really shines through in the photos – love that smile!

After we left Cynthia’s sister’s house where the girls got ready, we headed over to the Fuller Craft Museum for some bridal party formals:

The guys were ready to get the party started!ย  Little did I know what was in store later on the dance floor….

We continued on to Tower Hill at the D.W. Field Park in Brockton for some more shots of the couple and their bridal party.ย  For the most part, the rain held off until the ceremony but we were armed with umbrellas, just in case ๐Ÿ™‚

I love this last shot of the bride and groom kissing in the rain under their umbrella…

Then it was off to the church to get married!

Finally, we headed to Emerald Hall for the couple’s dance-off (I mean reception) ๐Ÿ™‚

The first dance….so sweet ๐Ÿ™‚

There were many toasts from friends and family…

And then began the real dancing!ย  You can’t tell in the picture below but Cynthia changed into a cocktail dress and some chucks (to match the groom’s).ย  She looked incredible!

The father-daughter dance was adorable.ย  And soon after, it was time for the garter…Benito made quite a show of it!ย  ๐Ÿ™‚

Having shot their engagement photos last year, I knew these guys were amazing and that their wedding would be equally amazing, but I was still blown away.ย  Cynthia and Benito, you are both so blessed to have found your soulmates in each other.ย  It was an honor (and such a pleasure!!) to be a part of your wedding.

Single, Eligible Boston Bachelor Here! | Professional Online Dating Photography

“Should I get professional online dating photos?ย  Do people really do that?”

Yes!!ย  I hear this question all the time from friends and clients ๐Ÿ™‚

You absolutely should consider professional photos if you are online and serious about wanting to meet someone, but feel like the photos you have of yourself aren’t doing enough to showcase you and your personality.ย  Lots of my clients are attractive, warm, fun people who just have a tendency to shy away from the camera and don’t have any personal photos that realistically represent them and their looks.ย  Other clients might feel self-conscious about a certain aspect of their appearance (e.g. weight or smile) and can benefit from the guidance of a professional to help put them atย  ease, relax and let their personalities really shine.

Below are some shots from James B’s session last week.ย  James is a perfect example:ย  great-looking, smart, successful and nice guy who is just a little camera-shy.ย  He brought along an awesome side-kick, his friend Monica, for moral support and you can see from his photos that he’s quite the catch!
