A couple weeks ago I met with Dr. Allison Bailey, Founder and Director of Integrated Health & Fitness Associates (IHFA), which will be opening soon in Cambridge. As someone who leads a very active lifestyle on top of an often physically-demanding job, I’ve had my fair share of injuries and have also had to deal with and manage certain repetitive stress injuries. So I was especially interested to hear about Allison’s integrated approach to healthy living and pain management, sort of a one-stop shop for everything from health, nutritional consulting and physical therapy, to natural healing techniques, acupuncture and dry needling. Allison is clearly passionate about what she does and also practices what she preaches! As you can see in these photos from her shoot, she is a model of health and fitness 🙂 :
